Organizations around the world - NGOs, corporations and government departments - are in dire need of data-driven solutions but don’t know where or how to find the data science talent they need. At the same time, young people in Africa don’t have access to the opportunities to build their skills in data science, to get professional experience solving real-world problems, to grow their professional networks, or find meaningful work. 

Zindi is an online marketplace for AI solutions and talent. Zindi connects organisations in need of machine-learning solutions with African data scientists who have the skills to solve these problems. As of October 2021, Zindi hosts a community of over 30,000 young data scientists using AI and machine learning to solve real world problems for companies including Google, AWS, and Mozilla.

Zindi are looking to connect with organisations - companies, start-ups, non-profit organisations, and governments -  that are looking for top data science talent and custom-build machine learning algorithms.
